POLICY
Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Guidelines
BOOKING & REFUND POLICY
A non-refundable booking fee is required and goes toward your total.
24-hour notice is needed for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations incur a $45 fee.
No refunds for services or training. In special cases, we may offer credit toward another booking.
PETS POLICY
As a courtesy to other clients we don't allow pets in our store. The only exception is service dogs but please give us a call in advance to notify us that you will be coming with an animal so we can make sure that none of our clients in store are allergic to animals.
CLIENTS WITH CHILDREN
If you come to an appointment with children, please make sure you have someone who can supervise them with you. We cannot guarantee that one of our staff members can provide supervision while you'll be undergoing a procedure.
